i shall do my last post before i off my comp and not touch it for the next 15 days. so yes, today, 2355 i'll be taking a like 13hr plane ride to paris tats really cold now. haha sounds pretty exciting to me. but ii haven really done enough preparation for venice, so i'm kinda screwed.lol. i'm gonna miss everyone and rice ( cause there only have bread and pasta) hehe. i'll be back on 31st dec, to chiong crs and hopefully celebrate new year in one piece. whheee can't wait to fly.
and i shall go pack my handcarry now. i really hope i brought enough winter wear! haha |

flying off to paris on wed 2355hrs. and i'm still flipping books on venice and what to do there. so much for holidays, i feel more stressed and tired then studying for exams. and i'm having a terrible breakout and i'm blaming the library books. argh. and my back hurts, dunno why! i've roughly sorted out what to bring for the trip, but i'm totally not prepared for the cold or the day whr we go to venice and i have to decide whr we shld actually go. awesome. and after paris-italy trip, when i'm back i've got crs project to chiong out before sch starts. this really sucks.
tmr's plan:
1. meet onion to get my crumpler
2. go linus' hse and deposit surprise
3. hopefully meet png for dinner
4. pick sis up from airport and bug her abt what we gonna do abt the trip and packing!!(not as if my mum and dad won't be bugging her enough-.- lol.)
5. pack my luggage and mug on venice.
AWESOME.
i really thought my sis shldn't go bangkok, its liek super rush for her and the family. dad and mom were like totally flustered abt the bookings and packing(respectivelyLOL).
on a lighter note, he's been calling me every night ever since he booked in:) and even tho his batt is dying like crazy, he'll find a way to make that call. i'm gonna miss him when i'm gone.hai. but family comes first and i'm gonna enjoy paris-italy!

i'm like trying to adjust to europe timing.lol its hilarious. mum and dad tried but they can't tahan..so they went to slp le hehe. i'm gonna stay till 3 then head for sleeeep. hopefully wake up at 10 to get to linus' place to dump stuff then hopefully in time to collect crumpler(argh.) and if i'm still alive, i'll meet png for dinner. wooooosh. my back hurts.. rah.
everybody seems to have left or leaving for holiday. so hope u're having fun and gonna have more fun peeps:) |

I shall offer some tips:
1. Pack in loads of moisturisers/lip balm. The air will be super dry and your face will peel like mad, especially the lips and corners of your mouth. Then you can't sink your teeth into the cha ye dan (tea leaf egg) or smelly tofu cos it will hurt!
2. Make sure your tour guide (if any) is a local tour guide, as in a local of Taiwan. I think this applies to every country, not just Taiwan.
3. Brush up your bargaining skills IN MANDARIN. Otherwise just forget about bargaining HAHA.
I like my tour guide a lot this time round! He's seriously funny and open-minded although abit egoistic and cheekopek. His pet phrase is,"Ting Allen Jiang" which means "Listen To Allen Speak" in direct translation and "Tian Bu Pa, Di Bu Pa, Zi Pa Lao Por" which means "Not afraid of anything, only afraid of the wife". HAHA! I wished my mandarin was better, I woud love to talk to him more. When he talks about the history of Taiwan/China, the only thing I understand is Qin Shi Huang.
Now, overall Taiwan was really great! Except the temple visiting, chionging up the bus to chope seats otherwise the family will be separated, no wireless, 2 creepy hotels (although you can't see any "thing", you can kinda feel it), waking up at 7ish every morning and changing hotels every night!
Food's great, weather's great! And I got my fortune told! It was some free thingy so it wasn't anything much. He just counted the strokes of my chinese name and got my zodiac down. He said that my 'luck' will change next year after my birthday, WAH LAO, why cannot March or something then maybe can get GOOD A LEVEL GRADES! Hahahaha. He also said that I make friends easily but will tend to be bullied. TRUE HOR? HAHAHA. People always make fun of my height etc. He warned that I shouldn't do any strenuous activities or visit hospitals till my birthday. WHATEVER MAN! I am still going for the adidas sundown marathon!!! Aiya, I don't believe in luck.
Ooooh and I have twins in my tour group. Long Feng Tai! Means one boy one girl! HEE HEE! They are super cute. Especially the boy! LUCIUS! His name damn sexy! I took this photo secretly! I tried to cos my sister kept laughing and I think it totally gave me away!

BODY WORLDS EXHIBITION + SCIENCE CENTER (:
    scary? yes it is. they were all ONCE LIVING THINGS can you imagine?! but super duperly coolness to be able to see all these in real life. Everyone should go! $21 for adults, but if you have passion card, its like.. $17! hmm maybe i should get a passion card too hmm.. thank you dear canoeboy for today!:D Mixed feelings about leaving for Bangkok tmr:( yes, obviously it'l be as fun as usual with all the shopping and eating, but... yeah.. il miss canoeb hell loads:( IM GONNA BRING MY LAPTOP BTW! Have to do school project work! SOOO many on hand now! FML:( anyway, MISS ME ALL TIL 17TH MIDNIGHT! on a stupid note, THIS 2-hr trip is where my whole family will be wasting our yearly first-class tickets on. seriously, DAMN ANGRY:( |

exams are finally over and linus has gone into army. its as usual pretty scary how time passes so fast. mst was kinda screwed up, the things i studied didn't come out and the things i didn't study all came out. how normal is that. so holidays are finally here! and i'm at home stoning-.- but i'll be leaving for pairs and italy this wed(16/12) so i really hope to see ppl like CHRYSTAL, THERESSE, CLAIRE, WABS, BEX, YIG'S, LOOPY, PNG, AND MANY OTHER MORE PPL~ haha. so its 4 days to europe PPL!.lol
yesterday was a happy-tired-sad-excited-stressful-worried day for me. with linus going for ptp at 8am, pacc mst at 1130am.. well, i seldom blog abt him, but since he's in army and won't get to see this too soon haha., i shall just do it this once! so i heard from theresse that he has to stay in for 2weeks, which means i won't get to see him or celebrate christmas till i'm back from europe. but i do hope i can catch him when i'm back before he book in again! after pacc yest, went shopping with some classmates and when i reached home i was damn tired, and kinda feeling empty without him msging me , so i decided to slp from 6-9.30pm.hehe. and somehow i dunno why i woke up at 930..lol, i received a msg from him!! yay. then he called me a few mins later. haha i was super happy to hear his voice! kinda felt relieved too:) so all's well :) |

It has been 7 days since my final A level paper! Ironically, I feel that I am actually busier than ever! So far the past 7 days felt as if its 5 years! I am honestly getting tired, like I am deprived of sleep steeeeeel. I even got a pimple outbreak! I am heading off to Taiwan tomorrow, so here's a quick post on the past 7 days!

And so is my birthday, haw haw. And now for the inevitable.
I know I don't deserve such damn good gifts cause I'm a bad friend, and a bad girlfriend. Not only that, I've been so PMS-y recently. But no harm wishing cause I've been a good girl and maybe there's a secret santa out there. :D So here's my wishlist, in preferential order.
1) A Diana+ Aviator
2) A Diana Instax back
3) A DianaFlash+ in either Black or White
I know it's cheaper in a set but confirm nobody is rich enough/I'm not good enough to deserve such a nice gift lor!
See, at least I'm modest.
Hope to wake up on Christmas Morning with boxes beside my pillow. :D |
